At Huurteam Breda we are ready to support you in procedures at the Rent Tribunal or in processes with the Municipality of Breda regarding the Good Landlord Act and the Affordable Rent Act. Our goal is to effectively represent your interests, with full transparency in every step.
In order to act on your behalf, we ask you to complete an authorization form. This gives us the authority to represent you. However, we value open communication. That is why we send you every letter, email or message in advance, so that you can approve it before we send it.
